Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Hostess/To-Go Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive or place their order. You will manage reservations, assist with seating arrangements, and facilitate smooth to-go service. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help create memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently to minimize wait times Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus promptly Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about menu options and reservations Take to-go orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to promote a welcoming atmosphere Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred Food service or hospitality background is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with restaurant operations, including reservation management and guest relations Excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills to enhance guest interactions Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where guests feel appreciated and eager to return!
