Front Desk Agent — Summer 2026 Season Timberline Condominiums, Snowmass, CO Timberline Condominiums in Snowmass is looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Agent. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role for someone who enjoys hospitality, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in getting the details right. What You'll Do Welcome guests on arrival and manage check-in/check-out for their units Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and warmth Handle cash transactions, make change, and post room charges accurately Coordinate and schedule guest transportation/rides Manage a multi-line phone system and relay messages efficiently Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly during busy periods What You Bring Excellent customer service and communication skills A professional, detail-oriented, team-first attitude Ability to stay calm and efficient when things get busy Comfort with basic cash handling and POS/booking systems (training provided) Availability across our 8am-10pm operating hours (please specify shift/weekend expectations) Why Timberline?
