Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours, managing guest accounts, and providing exceptional guest services. This position requires a strong understanding of hotel management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management and guest relations, with multilingual or bilingual abilities being a plus. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic resort environment, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accuracy of guest accounts and financial records Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent customer service skills Maintain phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems for guest and internal communications Assist with guest services such as providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Prepare reports related to daily financial transactions and occupancy statistics Ensure security protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs efficiently Experience Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is highly desirable Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations is beneficial Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment will be considered an asset This role offers an engaging opportunity for hospitality professionals committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences during overnight hours.
