Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with their needs. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience and satisfaction. Assist in managing guest relations by following up on feedback and ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily. laundry is done from desk agents. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems is an asset.
