Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, handling reservations and room assignments. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with their needs. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience and satisfaction. Assist in managing guest relations by following up on feedback and ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily. laundry is done from desk agents. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems is an asset. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interaction. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
