Front Desk Agent - Spark by Hilton Merrillville Spark by Hilton Merrillville is seeking an experienced, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. Hotel experience is required. Hilton PEP experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional guest service throughout the entire stay Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests Answer phones and assist guests with questions and concerns Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary Maintain an organized and professional front desk and lobby area Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies Complete assigned front desk duties and shift responsibilities

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk experience required Hilton PEP experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable and able to work independently Professional attitude and appearance Comfortable handling guest concerns and resolving problems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed We are looking for someone who understands hotel operations, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and works well as part of a team.
