Summary We are currently seeking to fill our 3p-11p Front Desk Clerk position and join our team at Wingate by Wyndham. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service during their stay. Your contributions will be vital in creating memorable experiences for all who visit. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing reports. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations. Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
