Job Description
We are looking for a night auditor, 11-7 for 1 night (fill in more if needed) and a morning 7-3 shift for at least 3 days a week.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Comfort Inn, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our hotel guests.Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Manage phone calls and reservations using hotel phone systems
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations helpful
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and guest relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
