Hotel Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor Hampton by Hilton Princeton - Princeton, NJ Hampton by Hilton Princeton is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service Handle guest check-ins and check-outs Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts Help resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism Communicate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management Maintain an organized, welcoming and professional front desk and lobby area Follow hotel procedures, safety standards, and brand service expectations Help create the excellent guest experience Hampton is known for Assist with other front desk responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Basic computer skills Previous hotel, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Hotel experience is a plus, but not required.
