Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. In this lively role, you'll deliver exceptional guest services, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure every visitor feels valued and cared for. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software Assist guests with their needs during their stay, including providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely at checkout Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure smooth overnight operations Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly and resolve issues swiftly Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Ability to handle night audit procedures and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Previous hotel experience or resort background is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
