Front Desk Associate The Lodge at Hickory Run — Albrightsville, PA The Lodge at Hickory Run is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Hospitality Representative to support daily lodge operations and provide an attentive and efficient customer service to our incoming, current and exiting guests. This role serves as a liaison between guests and our lodge team, helping create a welcoming and unique experience from the first inquiry through checkout. Responsibilities

• Work within our integrated hospitality software to manage reservations, guest information, communications, and daily tasks.
• Assist guests with booking inquiries, check-in, checkout, and questions about their stay.
• Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, and guest messages.
• Coordinate guest requests with management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Address concerns promptly and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Share information about lodge amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with the team.
• Light housekeeping and food services may be required. Qualifications
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and optimizing guest experiences.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A warm, professional manner and a dependable work ethic.
• Hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience preferred.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 32.0 per week
