We?re looking for a friendly, dependable Guest Service Associate to join our Frost Bake Shop team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in a clean and welcoming space, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

Do:

? Greet every guest with warmth and help create a positive, memorable experience ? Answer phones and assist guests with product questions and orders ? Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions ? Keep bakery cases, refrigerators, and service areas stocked, organized, and looking great ? Assist with packaging and light inventory tasks ? Maintain a clean and inviting shop, including dishes, tables, display cases, and restrooms ? Jump in to help wherever needed?we?re a team, and we support each other! What We?re

Looking For:
