Responsibilities Deliver items to guest rooms or conference areas as required, including but not limited to messages, mail, packages, and amenities. Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and functions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the day. Promptly respond to requests from guests and other departments. Ensure timely delivery of laundry or pressing items to guests. Assist front desk with the handling of special guest needs or emergencies. Provide information and directions to guests about hotel facilities and local attractions.
