Job Overview The MCM Elegante Hotel is hiring for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk/Night Audit Relief to join our team. Must be available 3PM-11PM and 11P-7A. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant stay. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere. Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary information is collected. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone calls and online systems. Qualifications No experience needed Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
