Responsible for alcohol sales , ensuring all transactions follow state laws and hotel policies, including age verification and responsible serving practices. Know the hotel inside and out - from room types and rates to the best Restaurants nearby Be a phone system pro - answer, transfer, and manage calls like a champ. Keep housekeeping in the loop on room status updates, early check-ins, late checkouts, and other special requests. Manage reservations for both same-day and future bookings. Assist guests during checkout , ensuring their stay ends as smoothly as it began. Uphold our "Be Our Guest" standards , making every interaction feel warm and genuine. Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures, contributing to a safe environment for all.
