The Holiday Inn Express in Troutville/Roanoke has a new and immediate opening for a front desk/guest services agent for the 7am-3pm shift. The management of this beautiful newly renovated property wants to add experienced staff to its award winning team. We are looking for a self-motivated person to cover front desk responsibilities and possess excellent communication, computer, and customer service skills. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Performing all check-in and check-out tasks Coordinating with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Managing online/phone reservations Providing the exceptional customer service that our valued guests expect We offer vacation, employee discount, and competitive pay. Must be dependable. Ability to work weekends and holidays is a requirement. One year or more of hotel front desk experience preferred.
