Housekeeper / Front Desk Attendant (Hybrid Role) Job Overview We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to work hard to help us run a small independent hotel in Laramie. This is a hybrid role. You will be responsible for both housekeeping and front desk responsibilities depending on the day and the needs of the property. This is not a corporate hotel. We are a smaller operation, and we need someone who can take ownership of their work and be part of a team that keeps the property running well. Responsibilities Housekeeping Clean guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently Change linens, towels, and restock supplies Maintain cleanliness of common areas Identify and report maintenance issues Front Desk Check guests in and out Answer phones and assist with reservations Handle guest questions and basic issues Keep the front desk organized and professional What We're Looking For Reliable and shows up on time Takes pride in doing things the right way Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Good communication with guests and coworkers Able to stay organized and handle multiple responsibilities Experience is helpful, but not required. We care more about work ethic and attitude. Schedule Must be available for weekends Some weekday shifts required Hours will vary based on occupancy and season Pay $13 - $17 per hour based on experience Opportunity for increased hours based on performance What This Job Is (and Isn't) This is a hands-on role. You will be cleaning rooms and helping guests. If you're looking for a job where you can stay busy, take ownership, and be part of improving a property, this is a good fit.
