Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, guest relations, and night audit
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage and train hotel staff to provide exceptional service
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness and appearance
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and phone systems
