Boutique Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

3+ years as a GM, Director of Operations, or Front Office Manager for a boutique hotel 5 years of steady career progression with one or two companies- tenures are important! Positive and personable, truly hospitable personality Experience with New England resorts, seasonal fluctuation Teacher, mentor, and developer of team members

Boutique Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest quality of guest experiences Lead the team by example, be active on the floor and in operations Recruit, train, and develop a professional and inspired team Maximize ADR and yield during peak season Deliver financial results to the home office
