Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor overseeing the B Shift time period primarily , where your leadership and customer service expertise will create memorable guest experiences. In this energetic role, you will supervise front desk operations, ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of guest relations. Your proactive approach will support a welcoming environment, manage guest inquiries efficiently, and coordinate with various departments to deliver exceptional hospitality service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while maintaining the smooth functioning of our hotel's front desk operations during evening hours. Duties Supervise and coordinate front desk staff during the Primary B Shift, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing prompt resolutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS), ensuring accurate booking and billing processes. Monitor night audit procedures to verify daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management review. Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff security at all times. Communicate effectively via phone and in person with guests, vendors, and team members, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Support guest relations initiatives by proactively addressing needs, promoting hotel amenities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele, including multilingual or bilingual guests. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Proficiency in hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS). Exceptional customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities to resolve guest issues efficiently. Ability to lead a team effectively during evening shifts, maintaining high standards of service quality. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest safety protocols. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele better. Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and client interaction techniques. Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
