We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hampton Inn in Belton, Missouri. The GM will be responsible for guest satisfaction, staffing, hotel operations, revenue performance, expense control, brand standards, and overall property performance. Responsibilities Oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, Maintenance, and daily hotel operations. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and manage hotel employees. Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, payroll, and operating expenses. Maintain Hilton/Hampton brand standards and prepare for inspections. Handle guest concerns and maintain strong guest satisfaction. Control payroll, overtime, purchasing, and hotel expenses. Review hotel reports, revenue performance, and financial results. Work with ownership and revenue management to improve hotel performance. Develop local corporate, group, crew, and business opportunities. Ensure the property is clean, safe, properly maintained, and fully operational. Coordinate HR matters including attendance, performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Provide regular updates to ownership/corporate management. Qualifications Previous hotel management experience required. GM, AGM, or similar hotel leadership experience preferred. Hilton/Hampton experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills. Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, payroll, and expense control. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
