Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager and AGM in overseeing daily operations of the hotel
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Manage and train staff members to maintain high-quality service standards
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in management or a related field preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus
