As the Guest Services Manager, you will lead the team responsible for supporting guests from their initial inquiry through the completion of their stay. You will oversee guest satisfaction, reservation sales, employee training and accountability, department scheduling, and day-to-day operations. You will also partner with our Revenue Management and Marketing teams to improve booking performance, support promotional campaigns, expand concierge services, and identify opportunities to increase revenue. You will participate in regular meetings where you will be encouraged to share your ideas and contribute to the overall vision of Red Rock Vacation Rentals. Your leadership will primarily support the Guest Services and Reservations Department, while working closely with other departments to create a seamless experience for our guests, owners, and team members. The ideal candidate is a confident and supportive leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management, organization, conflict resolution, sound judgment, and follow-through are essential. This position requires someone who can hold employees accountable, provide clear and constructive coaching, remain calm during difficult guest interactions, and balance exceptional customer service with sales and operational goals. Prior customer service experience is required (1+ years). Extensive on the job training will be provided for all tasks required that are unique to the vacation rental industry and guest reservations. Being coachable, eager to learn, and having the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are helpful mindsets to being successful in this position.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily operations of the Guest Services and Reservations Department Hire, train, coach, schedule, and hold team members accountable for performance and service expectations Monitor guest communications, reservation accuracy, payments, refunds, and overall satisfaction Coach the team on sales, property recommendations, closing reservations, conflict resolution, and de-escalation Handle escalated guest concerns and oversee responses to guest reviews and surveys Track sales activity, booking conversions, service metrics, and departmental KPIs Partner with Revenue Management and Marketing to increase bookings, support promotions, and identify revenue opportunities Oversee online travel agency listings, guest materials, concierge services, and the after-hours emergency line Develop and maintain efficient departmental policies, procedures, and workflows Forecast seasonal staffing needs and ensure the department is prepared to support company growth Come see why Red Rock Companies had been voted, "Best Place to Work"!!
