Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Assistant Manager to oversee overnight operations at our busy location. This vital role involves supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for both team members and customers. The Night Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in managing the night shift, upholding quality service, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of night staff, including custodial teams and hospitality personnel Oversee cleaning, sanitation, and industrial cleaning procedures to maintain high hygiene standards Manage team supervision tasks such as scheduling, training, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols during all overnight operations Conduct regular inspections of the premises to uphold cleanliness and safety standards Support management in handling customer service issues and maintaining positive guest experiences Lead cleaning & sanitation management efforts, including laundry and housekeeping tasks as needed Experience Proven supervising experience in hospitality, custodial services, or industrial cleaning environments Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with staff Familiarity with safety regulations related to sanitation, industrial cleaning, and commercial cleaning practices Experience in managing cleaning & sanitation operations within a fast-paced setting Demonstrated leadership in managing team supervision tasks such as scheduling and performance feedback Background in customer service or hospitality management is highly desirable Previous experience overseeing laundry or housekeeping operations is a plus Join us as a Night Assistant Manager to lead our overnight team with energy and confidence!
