•$40/ hr Employment type: Part-Time About the Role Coffee Included Onsite Services is hiring a hands-on Property Operations Manager to keep our furnished rental properties clean, functional, organized, and ready for arriving guests. You will oversee cleaners, inspect their work, perform cleans when needed, handle light maintenance, and coordinate repairs. You are the person accountable for the condition and readiness of your assigned properties. Our central reservations team handles bookings and primary guest communications. Your focus is the work onsite: making sure each property is ready when we say it is. What You'll Do Coordinate cleaning schedules around guest departures and arrivals. Inspect completed cleans and correct problems before guests arrive. Perform full cleans, touch-ups, and emergency cleaning when needed. Check beds, linens, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and other areas against our housekeeping standards. Confirm that access codes, locks, Wi-Fi, thermostats, appliances, and essential amenities work. Keep supplies, linens, and inventory organized and adequately stocked. Make sure garbage is removed and bins are placed out and returned according to collection schedules. Check exterior areas for cleanliness, access issues, and maintenance needs. Handle light maintenance within your abilities, such as replacing batteries, light bulbs, and basic hardware. Coordinate qualified contractors for work requiring specialized skills. Document inspections, damage, completed work, and outstanding issues with photos and clear notes. Follow problems through to completion and verify the quality of repairs. Respond to urgent onsite issues during agreed on-call coverage, including evenings and weekends when required. Who We're Looking For You are resourceful, extremely organized, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility. You notice details, act quickly, and follow through without needing repeated reminders. You must be willing to clean, inspect, restock, and solve practical problems yourself. This is an active field role with daily travel between assigned properties. Requirements Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, rental property operations, facilities, or a similar hands-on role. (an asset, not requirement) Strong cleaning standards and attention to detail. Ability to manage changing priorities and meet firm guest arrival deadlines. Practical problem-solving skills and confidence handling basic maintenance. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. (Or at least a license) Smartphone and comfort using scheduling tools, checklists, messaging, and photo documentation. Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the role, including cleaning, using stairs, and moving supplies, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. Availability for scheduled work and agreed on-call coverage. Clear communication and consistent follow-through. Experience supervising cleaners or maintaining furnished rentals is a strong advantage.
