Responsibilities Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing clear guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient daily operations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols aligned with industry standards for sanitation, safety regulations, and quality assurance. Oversee all cleaning activities including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, laundry services, and custodial tasks to maintain pristine environments. Monitor team performance through regular inspections and feedback sessions to uphold cleanliness standards and improve service delivery. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational readiness at all times. Enforce safety procedures and sanitation practices to protect staff health and guest or client safety in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with management to develop budgets, set goals, and implement initiatives that enhance overall housekeeping efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong background in cleaning operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a track record of effective team management and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, industrial cleaning techniques, and management of cleaning & sanitation processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments or clients effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in managing laundry services and custodial supplies is preferred but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving coupled with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
