WHO WE ARE

Tru by Hilton Shippensburg is a brand-new, high-energy Hilton hotel on Walnut Bottom Road, minutes from Shippensburg University and I-81. We're managed by Areya Management, a Pennsylvania-based hospitality company running 15 hotels across Pennsylvania and Virginia under IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Best Western and Choice. With a small, tight-knit team, you'll know every coworker by name — and plenty of guests too.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

◆ Assign rooms and lead the daily housekeeping line-up ◆ Inspect guest rooms and public areas to Tru by Hilton standards ◆ Train and coach Room Attendants and Housepersons ◆ Coordinate room status with the front desk to get rooms ready fast ◆ Manage linen, chemical and supply inventory and ordering ◆ Handle guest housekeeping requests and follow up ◆ Jump in and clean rooms on busy days

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU

◆ Have 1+ year of hotel housekeeping experience (lead or supervisor experience a plus) ◆ Lead by example and keep a positive attitude ◆ Notice every detail ◆ Are organized and comfortable with basic computer use ◆ Can work some weekends and holidays ◆ Bonus points: bilingual (English/Spanish)
