The role is a hybrid split of roughly 60-70% janitorial/housekeeping and 30-40% general facility maintenance. Ideal for someone who takes pride in a clean workspace, is handy with basic repairs, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Monday to Friday, morning shift. $20.00 to $22.00 Duties & Responsibilities Keep the office and facility clean day to day by emptying trash and recycling, and sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming offices, hallways, breakrooms, and common areas Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces; dust and wipe down desks, counters, and conference rooms Restock restroom and breakroom supplies, track cleaning supply inventory, and flag reorder needs Keep entryways, walkways, and exterior areas neat and presentable Handle routine maintenance as it comes up, such as replacing light bulbs and fixtures, clearing clogs, and fixing leaky faucets and toilets Complete basic repairs including patching, painting, door hardware, and other small fixes Assemble, move, and set up office furniture and equipment, and support office moves and facility projects as assigned Coordinate, schedule, and escort outside contractors and vendors (HVAC, electrical, pest control, etc.) Spot and report facility issues and safety hazards to management while working throughout the building Requirements 1-2+ years of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience Basic handyman skills — light fixtures, minor plumbing, furniture assembly Comfortable using common hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Good communication skills to coordinate with staff and outside vendors Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, bend, and use ladders Must be able to pass background check and drug screen (if required by client — confirm) Preferred Experience maintaining an office or light manufacturing facility Familiarity with safe chemical handling / SDS Own reliable transportation We offer Health Insurance Stable schedule and consistent hours.
