The role is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary production environment, including restrooms, locker rooms, offices, lunch areas, ovens, drains, and other work areas. Candidates must follow safety procedures, GMP and SQF requirements, and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Clean and maintain facility areas, including restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and lunch rooms. Empty trash, wipe surfaces, restock supplies, and sweep/mop floors as needed. Clean ovens and drains and maintain sanitary work areas. Safely handle cleaning chemicals and wear required safety apparel. Follow GMP and SQF food safety, quality, and defense requirements. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST - no exceptions. Detail-oriented with good communication and active listening skills. Ability to follow instructions and work at production speed. Good attendance and manual dexterity. Ability to perform a physically demanding job requiring a lot of walking.
