Looking for a team leader to lead a team on the day-to-day basis of Cleaning residential homes . Job is about 24-28 hours per week Monday-Friday. Pay is weekly.

Responsibilities:

• direct the team in day to day cleaning
• Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Empty trash and replace garbage bags
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

Skills:

• Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
• Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers
