Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Custodians to join our team. Custodians will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring the premises are safe and functional for employees and visitors.

Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor leaks
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet health and safety standards

Skills:

• Experience in facilities maintenance, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Ability to operate custodial equipment such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning chemicals
• Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
