What You'll Be Doing As part of the Clean Crew team, you'll help keep offices, businesses, and commercial facilities looking their best. Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other commercial spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces. Empty trash and recycling and restock supplies as needed. Perform detailed cleaning to ensure every space meets our quality standards. Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet cleaning machines when trained and assigned. Assist with specialized floor care, including scrubbing, waxing, and buffing when needed. Follow proper safety procedures when handling cleaning products and equipment. Work independently or alongside teammates to complete cleaning assignments efficiently. Take pride in the little details that make a BIG difference! What We're Looking For We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to doing things right. Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred. Dependable, punctual, and ready to work. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills. Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
