Supervision:
- Lead, schedule, and supervise custodial staff.
- Implement quality control checks and enforce safety standards.
Operations & Oversight:
- Assign cleaning tasks and monitor completion.
- Handle inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with facility maintenance standards.
- Prepare reports on custodial team performance and issues.
Working Conditions:
- Work in office and facility environments; may require coverage outside standard hours.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies; work standing or walking for extended periods.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Secret Clearance required.
- High school diploma required.
