We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team! ​Position Summary ​As a Cleaning Technician, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks in residential homes, commercial offices, and facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining high sanitation and quality standards, working independently or as part of a team to ensure complete client satisfaction. ​Key Responsibilities ​Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and trash removal. ​Sanitize and scrub restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas. ​Clean glass doors, interior windows, mirrors, and light fixtures. ​Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed. ​Follow specific client instructions, checklists, and safety guidelines for each property. ​Report any maintenance concerns, damage, or supply shortages to management promptly. ​Maintain a professional, polite demeanor with clients and team members. ​Qualifications & Requirements ​

Experience:

Prior experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare cleaning preferred (will train the right candidate). ​

Reliability:

Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. ​

Detail-Oriented:

A eye for cleanliness and thoroughness in every job. ​

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift up to 30-40 lbs, and remain active throughout shift. ​

Transportation:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required. ​

Background Check:
