We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team! Position Summary As a Cleaning Technician, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks in residential homes, commercial offices, and facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining high sanitation and quality standards, working independently or as part of a team to ensure complete client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and trash removal. Sanitize and scrub restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Clean glass doors, interior windows, mirrors, and light fixtures. Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed. Follow specific client instructions, checklists, and safety guidelines for each property. Report any maintenance concerns, damage, or supply shortages to management promptly. Maintain a professional, polite demeanor with clients and team members. Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Prior experience in residential, commercial, or healthcare cleaning preferred (will train the right candidate). Reliability:
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Detail-Oriented:
A eye for cleanliness and thoroughness in every job. Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift up to 30-40 lbs, and remain active throughout shift. Transportation:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required. Background Check:
