We are looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician who is available during the early-morning hours and is willing to work at different commercial locations within our service area. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and responsible Cleaning Technician with availability between 5:00 AM and 11:00 AM, Wednesday through Sunday . This is a flexible opportunity where the assigned work location may vary depending on our current service needs. The technician must be able to work at locations in both Barboursville and Cross Lanes, WV . Specific client locations and assignments will be discussed during the hiring process. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable traveling between assigned commercial facilities, working independently, and taking ownership of the quality of their work. Responsibilities Perform professional commercial cleaning and janitorial services at assigned locations. Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas. Sweep, dust mop, mop, and vacuum floors. Clean entryways, doors, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas. Empty trash and properly dispose of waste. Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed. Operate floor cleaning equipment when required. Follow cleaning checklists and location-specific instructions. Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment. Inspect completed areas to ensure all assigned work has been completed to company standards. Report maintenance concerns, damage, spills, safety hazards, or other facility issues to management. Use the company mobile application for GPS-verified clock-ins, clock-outs, and shift reporting. Maintain professional conduct while working at client facilities. Qualifications & Requirements Must be available Wednesday through Sunday . Must have availability between 5:00 AM and 11:00 AM . Must be able to work at assigned locations in both Barboursville and Cross Lanes, WV . Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned locations. Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience is preferred. Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professional cleaning standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible. Must be willing to travel between assigned locations as needed. Must be comfortable working at different commercial facilities. Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications for timekeeping and reporting. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift cleaning supplies or equipment as required. Must be willing to follow company procedures and client-specific cleaning requirements. Reliability & Accountability We are looking for someone who takes their work seriously.

The successful candidate must:

Show up on time for every assigned shift. Complete all assigned cleaning duties. Communicate promptly with management if an emergency affects their ability to work. Take ownership of assigned locations and maintain them to the required standard. Be willing to commit to the Wednesday-Sunday schedule. Maintain professional communication with management and clients. Frequent no-shows, repeated lateness, or abandoning assigned locations will not meet our expectations for this position.
