Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pressure Washing Technician and become a vital part of our outdoor cleaning operations! In this energetic role, you will utilize high-powered pressure washing equipment to restore the appearance of commercial and industrial properties. Your expertise in outdoor work, safety protocols, and cleaning techniques will ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, apply manual handling skills, and deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on safety and quality. Duties Operate pressure washing equipment safely to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. Use ladders and hand tools to access hard-to-reach areas while adhering to safety protocols. Perform industrial cleaning tasks including duct cleaning, floor buffing, and heavy-duty surface scrubbing. Handle cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently, ensuring proper maintenance and storage. Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to safeguard against hazards during outdoor cleaning activities. Conduct manual handling of heavy equipment and materials with proper technique to prevent injury. Follow safety procedures rigorously, including the use of fire extinguishers when necessary, to maintain a secure work environment. Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service by explaining services and ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in outdoor or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to use ladders safely and effectively for elevated cleaning tasks. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, hand tools, and pressure washing equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE usage, manual handling, and fire extinguisher operation. Physical stamina for outdoor work involving heavy lifting, manual labor, and prolonged standing or walking. Experience with duct cleaning, floor buffing, or commercial cleaning is a plus.
