Pizzaiolo Posa Ristorante Ridgefield, CT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $21.35 - $25.00 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Italian cuisine Full Job Description We are looking to hire an experienced pizzaiolo to work either full time or part-time (evenings). Candidate must have at least 3 years of working experience as Pizzaiolo. Must be able to work weekends. This is an upscale Italian restaurant with a dedicated and friendly kitchen staff, so the ideal candidate will be clean, a team player and works well with others. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas in accordance with established recipes Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Be a team player Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high-quality food service. Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner. Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
