Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Kitchen and Hospitality Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service experiences, supporting food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Bolo's Cook Cocktail Server (Hiring Time - 2 to 3 weeks for licensing)

Barback Dishwasher General Duties:

Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash accurately. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver quick service in a fast-paced environment. Support food safety protocols by following sanitation procedures and proper food handling techniques. Engage in food service activities within café or quick-service restaurant settings, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience:

Previous experience in food preparation or food service within a restaurant, café, or retail environment is preferred for our cook positions Familiarity with POS systems. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods. Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills for retail or food industry transactions for our hospitality staff. Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety practices, and proper food handling procedures. Prior restaurant experience or work in the hospitality or food industry is highly desirable.
