Duties Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover, and process transactions efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Support retail sales transactions when applicable, assisting customers with product inquiries or additional purchases. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; food handling or food safety management knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover for processing sales and managing customer orders. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation procedures diligently. Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and inventory counting. Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is advantageous. Food industry knowledge including food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
