Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety protocols Support food running duties by delivering prepared dishes promptly to dining areas while ensuring presentation standards are upheld Buss tables and clear used dishes efficiently to keep the dining environment tidy and organized Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving bulk supplies or equipment around the kitchen and storage areas Support in food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of kitchen operations Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Experience in banquet settings or large-scale food service operations is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and general hospitality standards Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by bringing your enthusiasm, skills, and commitment to excellence.
