• Killing, skinning, and dressing of beef and pork for meat production.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness
• Operate equipment and machinery
• Keep work area clean and sanitized according to food safety standards
• Use knives and other tools to cut and trim Skills
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating machinery
• Experience in food processing or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in meat cutting and fabrication techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
