Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an associate to work the slaughter floor. About Us We are a small, family-owned business. Our work is fast-paced, customer focused, and rewarding. Work Environment
- Casual attire

- Lively atmosphere Hours Tuesday
- Friday Duties
- Killing, skinning, and dressing of beef and pork for meat production.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness
- Operate equipment and machinery
- Keep work area clean and sanitized according to food safety standards
- Use knives and other tools to cut and trim Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for operating machinery
- Experience in food processing or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in meat cutting and fabrication techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
