Job description Tito's Taqueria in Keene is hiring Team Members for our morning shift. Shifts start around 8:00 AM, and we need Monday-Saturday availability. Sundays are always off. Pay $11.00-$15.50 per hour base pay Plus a share of our voluntary tip pool, paid on the hours you work. Tips at our Keene store have averaged about $9 per hour this summer.

Total expected earnings:

$19 to $25 per hour. Tips move with the season, the shift and the volume, so they are not guaranteed. Card tips are paid weekly with your paycheck, and cash tips are paid out at the end of each shift. What You'll Do Make our food. You'll be trained on every recipe we make, and we expect you to take pride in getting it right. Serve our guests. Help them understand the menu and hand them food that looks and tastes the way it should. Keep the store clean. Team Members are usually the first to see a mess, and we expect you to be the first to fix it. Build the culture. We are positive people, and our mission is for every guest to leave happy.
