Our specialty equipment and training allows anyone to make our sushi menu. Prepare Amazing Food Prepare sushi, sashimi, sushi rice, vegetables, and other menu items to Happy Tuna standards while keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized Follow HACCP and all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling, temperatures, storage, and product rotation Inspect ingredients for freshness, maintain accurate portions and presentation, and ensure every order meets quality standards before it is served Be a Key Part of the Team Execute orders accurately and efficiently, communicate special requests and allergies Work in a positive, energetic environment where teammates support each other and leaders invest in your development Qualifications 0-1 years of experience (no prior experience with sushi required!) Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
