In this role, you will support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, cleanliness, and daily operations. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Assist chefs with food preparation and daily kitchen operations Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning) to ensure smooth and timely service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment Set up and restock kitchen stations as needed Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Support catering and special events when needed Work closely with team members to maintain an organized and efficient kitchen Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Basic knife skills and kitchen knowledge are a bonus Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically active tasks Strong teamwork skills and a positive, reliable attitude Interest in Japanese food and culture is highly preferred Why Join Us?
