This position will be available for morning and evening shifts and potentially 1 weekend day shift. Responsibilities Supervise children during scheduled play sessions, ensuring they follow safety rules and behave appropriately Organize and facilitate engaging activities that promote fun, learning, and social interaction Monitor the play area continuously for safety hazards or incidents, responding swiftly with conflict management or first aid as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play space, adhering to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing information about activities and addressing any concerns promptly Skills Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Certified in first aid and CPR with knowledge of safety protocol adherence in active environments (preferred) Previous experience working with children is prefered Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest experiences Confidence in being left alone with children in a mixed age group This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about creating joyful experiences while maintaining a safe environment.
