Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Stay and Play Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children and families. In this dynamic role, you will oversee organized activities, ensure safety protocols are followed, and deliver exceptional guest service. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster memorable experiences, making every visit enjoyable and secure for all participants. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love of children, event management skills, and hospitality expertise in a lively setting. This position will be available for morning and evening shifts and potentially 1 weekend day shift. Responsibilities Supervise children during scheduled play sessions, ensuring they follow safety rules and behave appropriately Organize and facilitate engaging activities that promote fun, learning, and social interaction Monitor the play area continuously for safety hazards or incidents, responding swiftly with conflict management or first aid as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play space, adhering to health and safety standards Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing information about activities and addressing any concerns promptly Skills Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Certified in first aid and CPR with knowledge of safety protocol adherence in active environments (preferred) Previous experience working with children is prefered Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest experiences Confidence in being left alone with children in a mixed age group This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about creating joyful experiences while maintaining a safe environment. Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 15.0 per week
