Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to maintain health standards. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and routine maintenance to keep all surfaces looking their best. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to access different areas of the property safely. Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and operate janitorial equipment efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and proper handling of cleaning detergents and equipment. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Familiarity with floor cleaning techniques such as carpet extraction and floor polishing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Ability to perform outdoor work when required, including outdoor surface cleaning or yard-related tasks. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client communication and satisfaction. Previous experience with dusting, surface sanitation, laundry processes, and janitorial responsibilities is highly desirable. Pay:

$14.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
