Open House October 21 from Noon to 5pm & October 22 from 8 am to 1pm Overview We are excited to announce an open house event for all available positions within our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to explore various roles, learn about our company culture, and potentially join us on a full-time or internship basis. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to expand your experience, we welcome enthusiastic candidates ready to contribute and grow with us. All positions are paid, ensuring you gain valuable experience while earning compensation from day one. Responsibilities Attend the open house event on designated dates to meet with hiring managers and learn about available roles Demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism while engaging with potential team members Provide clear information about job duties, expectations, and company values to prospective applicants Assist in collecting applications and answering questions about the hiring process Support the onboarding process for new hires by guiding them through initial steps and documentation requirements Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout the event to encourage candidate interest Follow up with promising candidates post-event to facilitate interviews and next steps Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and positively with diverse audiences Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices (preferred but not required) Experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic food safety protocols Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills related to food safety, sanitation, and customer interaction Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to engaging potential team members Join us at our open house event and take the first step toward an exciting career opportunity!
