Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. Your energetic approach to cleaning and maintenance will ensure that every guest experiences comfort and cleanliness during their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality service. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to meet guest expectations Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces Conduct routine inspections of rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report findings promptly to management Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are used safely and stored properly Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure personal safety and environmental responsibility Assist with additional hospitality duties as needed to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or industrial setting is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing surfaces Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and custodial best practices is a plus Demonstrated reliability with a positive attitude towards maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest spaces into welcoming retreats.
